Job Title: Compliance Manager
Salary: Circa £45K
Location South Wales
Opportunity.
To Support the Head of Risk and Compliance in the Company’s strategic and performance objectives by utilising best practices in compliance risk managements.
The Role
Provide the group and its Clients with appropriate regulation, legislations and legal advice.
Provide and advise on Compliance Training
Proactively identify risks to minimise financial irregularities/Fraud against the Groups loan servicing and its clients.
Maintain systems and controls for the Group and its clients to ensure they are appropriate for the business,
Support the development of management of staff.
Provide a monthly compliance MI to support the Senior Management Board.
The Person
Proven track record within a compliance environment ideally within the Financial /insurance market
Strong knowledge of lending products
Understanding of Fraud /Money crime
Strong leader with the ability to cascade knowledge
