Overview
To develop and manage Business-to -Business partner relationship
The role requires day-to-day management of Broker/Insurance partners relationships and be instrumental in maximizing revenue streams.
The Commercial Relationship Manager will understand the market trading conditions and keep abreast of developments and changes within the industry.
The Role
• Develop new & maintain existing relationships with Partners
• Provide support to other members of operations team / commercial managers
• Day to day communication with partners
• Identify and implement changes that increase partner conversion
• Driving forward business improvements with Partners
• Manage all relationships regarding partners
• To be pro-actively aware of legislative and regulatory requirements of the insurance industry
• Identification of new partners that will add value to the to the panel
• Negotiate & deliver contracts
• Contribute to the development of the strategy
• Deliver financial & service targets
