Customer Service Advisor

IntaPeople has an immediate requirement for an experienced and Customer Service Manager who can effectively manage and support a large number of staff and clients across a regional geographic area.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Work closely with senior members of staff and regional teams to drive the implementation of the service strategy and support and encourage staff in order to meet KPIs and targets set.
• To be involved with recruitment, training and mentoring of staff.
• Line Manage staff on a day to day basis ensuring that performance is of a high standard, to undertake one to ones, annual appraisals and absence management.
• Delivering the workforce plans which have been developed and put in place, ensuring that workers with the right skill set are in the correct location and available to work when called upon.
• Co-ordination of the workforce and their work patterns / rotas.
• Answering to any incidents or complaints raised.

• Call centre experience (essential)
This organisation is looking for someone who can manage a large team, who is personable and can deliver against targets set. Although not essential anyone who has worked within a healthcare environment would be at a distinct advantage.
