Digital Account Manager is needed to join one of the UK’s leading digital / marketing agencies based in London.
Your duties will be varied but will include the following:
• Assisting the development of digital strategy and implementation plans for new media assignments in line with budget constraints.
• Supporting the Sell of best creative solution to the client by understanding the clients’ needs, liaising with design teams and using own creative judgment.
• Managing agency/client reporting on deliverables.
• Working with third party agencies to ensure digital projects are integrated with the total communications strategy for the client and tracking progress and maintain pace.
• Supporting the SAM on marketing tactics and strategy using your expertise and knowledge.
• Ensure agency resources are effectively and efficiently used.
• Negotiate technical solutions within the client IT framework.
• Develop and maintain database of best practice New Media market intelligence (reports, press cuttings, video’s demo’s, etc.)
• Maintain and update client contacts with a view to regular communication on agency news.
• Undertake market research for new and existing business looking into new areas, gaps in the market, assessing competitors and client needs both known and unknown.
You will be passionate about anything digital and have a background in social media and consumer campaigns. This role would suit an Account Executive who has agency or client side experience and is now looking to step up to a new challenge to move to a more ambitious, forward thinking agency with a sense of adventure! You will need to have strong IT skills alongside excellent written and oral English.
