Administration Assistant

Permanent Role
I am working exclusively with a prestigious client based in Cardiff who are looking for an experienced high level administrator to join their successful and growing team.
You will have experience of the following
- Handling expenses and petty cash
- Maintaining company records and spreadsheets
- Preparation of spreadsheets and presentations
- Data collation and collection
- Organising meeting /function facilities
- Scanning , faxing, photocopying etc
- Some telephone work
- Maintaining filing systems
- Covering other departments where needed occasionally
- Assisting with staff records
