Customer Service / Sales Team Leader

My client, an established and well thought of organisation are looking to expand their Contact Centre in South Wales and are looking for Team Leaders to grow their existing operation.
The role will be based in an inbound and outbound call centre environment and your roll will involve focusing your team to achieve and exceed performance targets for quality, retention, conversion, speed and efficiency. This will be achieved by call monitoring, coaching and feedback, training and development, appraisals, recruitment, reporting and working alongside call centre managers.
The successful candidate will have experience in the following
- Previous Team Leader experience in both an inbound and outbound environment
- Sales and Customer Service
- Training and Coaching
- Reporting (spreadsheets and database)
You will need to be flexible with regards to hours you can work as the call centre operates a shift pattern including some weekends.
