Intapeople are working closely with a Cardiff based client and are looking for the right candidate to fill a Training Manager role within an outbound sales environment.

The role is extremely varied and will cover many different aspects of training and ongoing support within a pressurised sales environment. This will range from running induction programmes, developing coaching plans, ongoing and refresher sales training as required in addition to this you will also be responsible for the management training programme for junior members of staff wishing to progress within the business. Development needs and delivering on these needs are the main emphasis of this particular

It is essential that the successful candidate has a background in b2b sales within a contact centre environment selling ideally selling a product rather than a service, preferably already in an existing Team Leader role. You will have a strong working knowledge of sales techniques, in particular AIDA with the ability to demonstrate ‘selling on the phone’ effectively. A CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
