Direct Telecom Sales Manager (SIMS)
Intapeople are currently looking for an experienced Direct Sales Manager for one of our Telco (MVNO) clients operating across the UK
Within this role you will be required to build, manage, train and develop a team of field sales agents who are responsible for increasing SIM Activations and mobile products in the Manchester, Birmingham and East Anglia areas.
This is a new role within our client and you will be required to recruit a number of Sales Agents to support you in your road to success and in line with Company Revenue/Growth targets, develop a strong cliental & sales force in these areas. This will be a man management role, however you must be able to demonstrate that the job can do done and train your team to be a highly skilled, valuable work force.
Ideally you will be based in Birmingham, Manchester, East Anglia or Central London and be prepared to travel within these locations up to 4 days per week initially, with one day a week spent in the London office for sales meetings, interviews etc.
In order to be successful, you MUST have experience of carrying out a similar role within the UK markets, preferably within the mentioned locations, have a very strong sales and management background with the desire to be successful and make something your own.
In return for you knowledge and expertise you will receive a competitive base salary with an OTE of £54k per year, plus benefits.
Start Date: ASAP as New Position
Base Location: London, East Anglia, Manchester of Birmingham.
