Executive Search & Selection
IntaPeople’s interim & executive management division’s search and selection core function is to identify and assess outstanding executive talent, and recruit them into senior leadership roles within leading organisations. We recognise that in today’s highly competitive marketplace the ability to attract and retain key personnel is one of the most important and lasting aspects of a companies competitive advantage.
At IntaPeople we utilise both executive search and advertised selection methodologies to fulfill our clients needs, and where needed we provide a bespoke solution offering search and selection including print and web based solutions. In addition to this our existing networks are utilised, along with an original search into the marketplace.
A dedicated IntaPeople consultant will then interview potential candidates, assessing them against the pre-agreed specification and determining their suitability for the role. Following this assessment a formal candidate report is produced which we pass to our client for consideration, together with our own recommendations.
